Scruffy likes to go to sleep quite a few hours before I am ready to tuck in for the evening. The little rat (*cough* I mean dog) likes to also wake up with the sunrise around 6:30am. Argh!

Last week when Scruffy came to visit and I was engrossed in reading at 2am, he looked very grumpy due to the light still being on. I threw a flannel sheet over his head so he could sleep and I could read. Every time I moved or got more water, he gave me the gimlet eye stare.

Someone needs to make a extra small sized sleep mask for active doggies.
