Sun 10.15.08 - I tried to use my favorite roasting pan for tonight's dinner, but to my chagrin, the pan wouldn't fit in my small apartment's extra small oven. Dang.
I ended up having to split the potatoes and baby carrots to one oven dish and the chicken to another. In the end, it turned out very tasty, but I was sad to find out that my favorite oven roaster does not fit in the oven.
